What Sets ICE Casino Apart

ICE Casino is an offshore operator. Its only licence comes from Curaçao, so it is not authorised by national regulators such as Canada's provincial bodies or the gambling authorities of EU states. Whether playing on such a site is legal for you depends on your country, not on the casino.

Step one exists in two versions, and the clock decides which you get. Deposit at least €10 within an hour of registering and you receive 120% up to €500 plus 150 free spins on Joker Stoker by Endorphina, paid as 50 spins a day for three days. After the hour, the same deposit brings 100% up to €500 plus 100 spins, 50 a day for two days. Each Joker Stoker spin is worth €0.40. The bonus is wagered x40 within 5 days, and the most you can convert to cash is five times your deposit, so a €100 deposit caps conversions at €500.

Second and Third Deposit Bonus

The second step gives 125% up to €500 plus 70 spins on Big Bass Splash (Pragmatic Play, €0.20 each) from a €15 deposit. The third adds 150% up to €500 plus 50 spins on Sticky Coin: Hold the Spin by Gamzix, also €0.20 each, from €20. Activate each step before depositing; it stays open for 48 hours. In the standard version the three steps total €1,500 + 220 spins; the 270-spin figure in the headline needs the boosted first step. Weekly Cashback and Reloads

From the Amateur status, losses are partly returned every Monday at 00:00 GMT: 3% for Amateur and Specialist, rising to 7% for VIP Diamond. The formula counts deposits minus withdrawals, plus bonuses received and your current balance, and you need at least €20 in net weekly deposits. No Deposit Offers

No public no-deposit bonus was listed during our check. Weekly Quests are the closest thing: complete the tasks seven days in a row and you receive a €25 no-deposit bonus, but missing a single day voids it. If you do get a free offer by email, the terms require at least one deposit before any withdrawal, and cashouts above €500 are trimmed unless that limit is raised by your deposit.

Bonus Terms You Must Check

Bets with bonus money are capped at €5 per spin, and a bonus-buy counts as a spin. Some slots count 75%, 50% or 15% towards wagering, and studios such as Hacksaw, Nolimit City, Playtech, Push Gaming and Wazdan do not count at all. Membership is automatic. Every €2.50 you bet outside live games earns one Loyalty Point and one Lucky Coin; live tables, roulette, Spribe titles and crash games such as JetX and Aviatrix earn nothing. Points move you through 99 levels grouped into 10 statuses, and the status sets your rewards.

The coin exchange rate improves with status, so the same coins buy more at the top. VIP members can also take the Saturday Highroller bonus. The casino shows a birthday bonus marker in the status table but does not publish its size, and a personal manager is not described anywhere in the terms. The loyalty page also lists one-time quests, which stay open for 60 days. Weekly quests are stricter: you must complete tasks on seven consecutive days to unlock a €25 no-deposit bonus. The live lobby mixes Evolution and Pragmatic Play Live studios with two ICE-branded blackjack tables. Deposit Options

Deposits must come from an account or card in your own name; third-party payments are refused and can get the account blocked. Withdrawal Process and Times

The terms name Whitebox B.V., Korporaalweg 10, Willemstad, Curaçao (registration 155412) as owner and operator, licensed under number OGL/2024/822/0338. Payments run through T&C Whitebox CY Limited in Limassol, Cyprus (HE 419583), acting as an agent. The Curaçao Gaming Authority register dated 9 October 2026 lists this B2C licence with the status “Assessment in progress”, which means the renewal is being reviewed. Whitebox does not appear in the regulator's September 2026 enforcement register. The terms are governed by Curaçao law, with the courts of Curaçao handling disputes. The licence number appears in section 2.1 of the Terms and Conditions rather than in the footer, so check there if you want to confirm it yourself.

The footer shows a CGA seal, an eCOGRA certificate link, McAfee Secure and an anti-fraud badge, and the app page mentions 256-bit encryption. KYC applies once transactions reach about €1,000 or when risk checks trigger it, and politically exposed persons face source-of-wealth checks.

For safer play, the casino's policy mentions personal limits and self-exclusion, links a self-assessment test and lists GamCare, Gamblers Anonymous and Gambling Therapy. No phone line is published. The site runs in 20 language versions, but the languages spoken in chat are not listed, so English is the safe choice for detailed questions. Start with live chat or email and keep the transcript.
